Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Of Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Of Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Of Almond Milk
1 Tsp Of Maple Syrup
1/4 Tsp Of Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Of Chia Seeds
Instructions:
1. Combine the first five ingredients in a pint-sized mason jar:
1/2 Cup Of Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Of Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Of Almond Milk
1 Tsp Of Maple Syrup
1/4 Tsp Of Vanilla Extract
2. Shake vigorously in a closed mason jar.
3. Open the mason jar and sprinkle a layer of chia seeds on top of the oat mixture.
